Ketmar and RSM: What have we learned? Ketmar’s “Seneca Landings” and RSM’s “Residences at the West Lake Road Marine Club” share some common characteristics: They are large-scale subdivisions of upscale homes. Each, in its own way, provides more private access to Canandaigua Lake than would normally be permitted to residential developments by the Canandaigua Lake Uniform Docks and Moorings Law. Both are close to full approval despite our opposition.

Too many unanswered questions on wind
My husband and I drove to Cohocton to check on the progress of the proposed industrial wind turbines. I was amazed to see that there is a clear view of the entire length of Canandaigua Lake from the turbine sites on Pine Hill.
